On behalf of the Worship and Music Committee of Zion, thank you all so much for volunteering your time and talents to assist us in weekly worship.  Each one of you helps to make our worship experience richer and more joyful through your willingness to serve.

This year, we are blessed to have Janis Mays-Holder, a seminarian, serving as our intern.  Since we want to afford Ms. Mays-Holder ample opportunity to participate in and lead worship, she will be joining Pastor Summer and Pastor Selover each Sunday as the Assisting Minister.  Therefore, if you volunteered to be an Assisting Minister, we still need you as lector to read the scripture lessons for the day, but you will not have to robe, process with the Pastors, or serve as communion assistant.

If you are unable to serve on your assigned day, please try to find a replacement to switch with you as soon as you know of the conflict.  Then, notify the church office (908-439-2040), so that the change can be reflected in the bulletin or, if you are unsuccessful in finding someone, the office will be aware of the problem.
